So, what do you do when you can't quite make up your mind about who to see and what treatment to have? The answer is simple... come and see both of us!

THE BEST OF BOTH is a range of sessions which will allow you to experience your own perfect session in the sanctuary. To start with, choose from Caz's most popular reflexology, reiki or yin yoga treatments and then finish off with a full body, sports, or back, neck and shoulders massage with Jay. The choice is yours, just let us know what you would like in the comments section when you book your appointment.

As you have no doubt already worked out... THE BEST OF BOTH sessions are long! They are designed, not only for those of you that want a real treat, but also for those that need help in coping with the stresses and pressures that day-to-day life may be throwing at them. It is well known that holistic treatments can give your body and your mind a huge boost and a time to recover, so what could be better for you than to spend up to 3 HOURS in our peaceful and calming company.

The Best of the Bunch! 90 minute Reflexology and Reiki, & 90 minute Massage - 3 hours £110 just £90!
Since we launched these sessions, the demand has been high, so if you wish to book one, we would recommend that you plan ahead were possible. Long treatment sessions take up big chunks of the booking calendar (especially at these prices!), so availability can be limited if you don't book ahead. There is no limit on how many sessions you wish to book. If you have trouble finding a time that suits you, then please feel free to get in contact with us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
